i graduated today. i thought i should post something deep and meaningful. instead i posted some drawings of jesus.

if you noticed the last 2 sketches were done in ink. i spent the day at the museum drawing and almost got kicked out cuz, apparently, you're not supposed to use ink, even a brush pen like i have, in the museum. so i switched to my pencil and drawed these. i like the goat.

i like this head. in reality it's a pretty small sketch and it looks nothing like the original painting it's based on. but i think it looks pretty neat.

been busy these past days with festival stuff and graduation stuff.
making up for missing days by spending a day at the museum.

in other news the coverage of the death of Jerry Falwell has been really pissing me off lately. can we please stop hearing about how the man who said:
"If you're not a born-again Christian, you're a failure as a human being."
and
“Christians, like slaves and soldiers, ask no questions”
was a pillar of morality in our world?

lastly, I'm excited! Uber Street's film "Gordy" got 2nd place in the student category of the ASIFA East Festival.
